We are thrilled to share that we are working with Gair Maxwell, highly sought-after international keynote speaker and brand strategist who delivers approximately ninety presentations each year on building irresistible, legendary brands.
Kicking off 2019 with a bang, we are pleased to announce that the fabulous Lorraine Toor has assumed the role of Director of Sales and Distribution. Lorraine joined us last year in a part-time capacity and quickly became indispensable to all of us at Page Two — not only because of how ably she manages our multifaceted print, ebook, and audiobook distribution programs, but also because of her strategic mind, quick wit, and magic ability to wrestle any online sales platform into submission.
This year disappeared in a whirlwind of great new books, new team members, and a lot of learning around Page Two. Looking back on 2017 to write this post, we find it hard to believe how much change happened for us this year.
We’re excited to announce that we’re working with corporate comedian, John Garrett, on his debut publication—What’s Your And? Overcome Professionalism to Have a Bigger Impact.
After spending over a decade in corporate finance as a CPA, a senior financial analyst, and most recently as a business development director, Garrett, a self-proclaimed “recovering Big Four CPA,” changed gears and became a keynote speaker and corporate comedian and emcee—to great success.
We are thrilled to announce that we’re working with customer service excellence expert Mark Colgate on his new book, Cracking the Code of Service: How to Elevate Your Employees and Customers Through World-Class Service.
We’re thrilled to share that we’re working with two-time Olympic gold medalist Heather Moyse on her debut book, Redefining ‘Realistic’: Shift Your Perspective. Seize Your Potential. Own Your Story.
As a multi-sport athlete, Moyse has competed internationally in track-cycling, rugby, and bobsleigh, in which she and her teammates won gold at the Vancouver 2010 and Sochi 2014 Winter Olympics.
We’re excited to be working with Combustion’s Chief Fire Starter, Leslie Ehm!
Leslie Ehm has been training brains and changing minds for over eleven years. A former musician, script editor and TV host turned ad agency Creative Director, Leslie learned first hand the challenges that corporations have in creative problem solving, collaboration, presenting and storytelling.
We’re excited to announce that we’re working with Jessica Holmes on her upcoming book, Depression the Comedy: A Tale of Perseverance.
While Holmes is best known for her comedic work with Royal Canadian Air Farce, Second City, Just for Laughs, and her own sketch series The Holmes Show, the gifted comedian is also a writer, motivational speaker, and an advocate for mental illness.
Congratulations to our client Paul Shore, who received the 2017 Whistler independent Book Award for the non-fiction category with his latest memoir, Uncorked: My Year in Provence Studying Pétanque, Discovering Chagall, Drinking Pastis, and Mangling French!
We are thrilled to announce our new client Justin Bariso!
Justin Bariso is an author and consultant who helps organizations think differently and communicate with impact. In 2016, LinkedIn named him the “Top Voice” in “Management and Culture.” As a leadership and communications expert, Justin frequently contributes on these topics, with a primary focus on emotional intelligence.
October 3, 2017, is Page Two’s fourth anniversary and principals and owners Jesse Finkelstein and Trena White are thrilled to be celebrating this milestone by announcing the expansion of our team to include five key new roles.
Sonja Larsen has won the Edna Staebler Award for Creative Non-Fiction with her debut memoir, Red Star Tattoo.
“As is the case with lives themselves, all memoirs are unique, but this seems especially true of Sonja Larsen’s Red Star Tattoo: My Life as a Girl Revolutionary,” said Bruce Gillespie, professor at Wilfrid Laurier University and juror for the award.
