Collectively, the Page Two team has experienced some tough times in book publishing. It’s a precarious industry that’s gone through a lot of transformation and upheaval in recent years. But nothing could have prepared us for what 2020 had in store.
Page Two designs honored at 2019 Alcuin Awards
Since 1981, the Alcuin Society has dedicated itself to the promotion and appreciation of beautifully designed Canadian books. They also sponsor the only national book design awards in the country—and our Creative Director Peter Cocking recently took home two of them.

Gabrielle Narsted promoted to Director of Operations
We are pleased to announce that Gabrielle Narsted has been promoted to Director of Operations. In this role, Gabi will implement and manage systems improvements, as well as help lead corporate operations. She will also continue to handle project management for some books and authors working with authors.

Page Two is thrilled to announce that our editorial director, Amanda Lewis, has won the prestigious 2020 Tom Fairley Award for Editorial Excellence.
This $2,000 award, presented by Editors Canada, recognizes an exceptional editor who played an important role on a project published in the 2019 calendar year.
