What is your book about?
It’s about the Undercover Millennial research that has shown us how great leaders created organizations that their people never want to leave.

Whom do you most admire?
The great leaders and mentors in my life who have taken the time to help me clarify and connect me to my dreams.

What is the last book you read?
Strong Magic by Darwin Ortiz.

What was your childhood hobby?
Playing the drums, and building models of various airplanes and helicopters. Also—raising chickens and llamas 🙂

Donald Miller, who wrote A Million Miles in a Thousand Years and Building a StoryBrand.

What is the last item you checked off your “bucket list”?
Swimming with pigs in the Bahamas!

What is your personal motto?
It’s not about being the best in the world…it’s about being the best for the world.

Where do you find inspiration?
I find inspiration in my family, because they are who I want to be the best for. They are my number one priority, and the reason why I work as hard as I do. They are what fuel me to create and grow. The other thing that continues to inspire me is being able to lift and help other people—giving people hope, and sparking possibilities for them.
