Page Two’s Jesse Finkelstein was featured in a recent article by the CBC, discussing publishing’s ongoing transformations and the shifting perception toward self-publishing. “It’s no longer about the vanity press. This is really about the fact that there are more great book ideas and more opportunities for excellent book execution than there are publishers, so why not join together to make this happen,” Finkelstein said.
We’re delighted to welcome our new client, B.C. Non-Profit Housing Association CEO, Kishone Roy! A former political advisor, Roy sits as Director of Encasa Financial, a mutual fund company owned by the affordable housing sector, and chairs the B.C.
We’re thrilled to announce that Page Two principal Trena White is now representing award-winning investigative journalist Kim Bolan through our alliance with Transatlantic Agency.

We’re delighted to have sold world rights to Lost Feast: A Requiem for Extinct Foods by Canada Research Chair in Food Security and Environment Lenore Newman, examining a series of extinct foods now lost to our insatiable human appetite, and shedding light on which beloved foods we will struggle to protect in the future, to Susan Renouf at ECW Press.
We’re thrilled that Page Two was featured in the Globe and Mail‘s Report on Business this week in an article about professional self-publishing and book publishing innovation. “There’s actually a whole spectrum of ways of getting your book into the right hands, and to us, it’s about publishing strategically,” says Page Two principal Jesse Finkelstein.
