We are thrilled to announce that Adrineh Der-Boghossian has been promoted from Editorial Associate to Managing Editor! In this role, Adrineh will serve as the connective tissue between editorial, production, design, and our freelance network. She will hold the big-picture view of schedules, editorial quality, and process across our full title list, managing our freelance editorial team, and working closely with the Publishing Director and our project managers to keep every project moving to the highest standard.
“Since she began working with Page Two as a project manager, Adrineh has been an invaluable team member and supporter of our authors, bringing her fierce dedication to excellence and superb communication to bear on everything she touches,” says Kendra Ward, Page Two’s Publishing Director. “As Page Two’s Editorial Associate, Adrineh measurably improved our editorial processes while raising the quality of every manuscript she worked on as a copyeditor and proofreader. We are delighted that as she steps into this new, expanded role, the publishing department, alongside our extended network of freelance partners and Page Two authors, will all benefit from her strong understanding of systems, deep industry knowledge, and editorial and production expertise.”
Adrineh brings a breadth of experience in communications, writing, and editing to her work at Page Two, having worked across nonprofit, media, and arts organizations in Canada and abroad. She has edited books for independent authors and publishers including ECW Press, Emond Publishing, and Penguin Random House Canada, and enjoys helping authors shape complex ideas into clear, engaging writing that inspires readers.
She has guided authors through every stage of the production process and is excited about using her skills and experience in her new role as managing editor, leading the operational execution of Page Two’s publishing program and overseeing editorial and production workflows across the title list. Adrineh holds certificates in editing and publishing as well as a master’s degree in communications. Outside of work, she’s happiest on two wheels—whether that’s on a bicycle through Montréal’s neighbourhoods or on a motorcycle on the winding roads beyond the city—and is always on the lookout for a great bakery.
Congratulations, Adrineh, this role was made for you!
