Kate Gaertner was awarded a Silver prize in the Green/Restorative/Sustainable Practices category for Planting a Seed: Three Simple Steps to Sustainable Living, a practical and non-judgmental handbook for living sustainably on your own terms.
Joe Gold’s moving memoir, Two Pieces of Cloth: One Family’s Story of the Holocaust, earned a Silver prize in the Heroic Journeys category.
Robyne Hanley-Dafoe took home a Silver prize in the Psychology category for Calm Within the Storm: A Pathway to Everyday Resiliency, her compassionate and accessible guide to navigating life’s uncertainties.
Bonnie Marcus’s revelatory and savvy book Not Done Yet!: How Women Over 50 Regain Their Confidence and Reclaim Their Workplace Power nabbed Silver in the Aging Consciously category.
And Scott Shute’s The Full Body Yes: How to Change Your Work and Your Life from the Inside Out, which offers tips for living a meaningful and authentic life, won Silver in the Business & Leadership (Large Publisher) category.
