Paulina Cameron

We’re delighted to welcome new client, Paulina Cameron! Paulina is an impact-driven leader, working in the spaces of entrepreneurship, youth, and gender equality. She leads the BC & Yukon team for Futurpreneur Canada, a national non-profit focused on fueling youth entrepreneurship. Paulina works with hundreds of startup entrepreneurs to support them in the initial stages of their business, and collaborates with strategic community partners to build BC’s and Canada’s entrepreneurial ecosystems.

In the spring of 2017, she was a Visiting Professor at Simon Fraser University, instructing the Introduction to Entrepreneurship and Innovation course at the Beedie School of Business.  Paulina also was recently advising the Government of Canada on its near $800M youth strategy, as part of the Expert Panel on Youth Employment.

Previously, Paulina worked at KPMG Vancouver with Industrial Markets clients, where she completed her Chartered Accountant designation. She was a Founding Director and Chair of the Board for Young Women in Business (YWiB), a non-profit society for emerging female leaders in Canada that under her leadership grew from a conference in 2008, to multiple chapters across Canada.

We’ll be working with Paulina on an exciting non-fiction project about the innovations of Canadian women in business, inspired by Canada’s sesquicentennial. We look forward to sharing more in the coming months. Stay tuned!
