We are seeking a full-time publishing assistant to support our team in a wide-ranging capacity, handling tasks such as the following:
. drafting letters of agreement and other client correspondence
. scheduling meetings and travel bookings
. handling book-specific and project-specific administration
. updating our website
. executing email and direct mail campaigns
. managing social media feeds
. developing content for Page Two blog and website
. copywriting of sales materials and other collateral
. maintaining and updating company databases
. researching as needed to support a variety of projects
. providing support with project costing and invoicing
