The secret to great book publishing is not just about creating an awesome book—it’s the strong partnership between author and publisher. A partnership strengthened by human-centred community building serves as the infrastructure for support, connection, and collaboration.
At Page Two, it’s our mission to provide a personalized, tailor-made experience that is transformational for our authors and for the world. One of our key initiatives is the Page Two Author Salon Series. We’ve designed these intimate roundtable discussions to bring together Page Two authors who live in the same area, providing a space for idea sharing and building new connections.
Last week, we gathered some of our Chicago-area authors at the Chicago Podcast Studio for a great conversation about all things publishing—from smart marketing initiatives and supportive AI tools to how to play the long game with their books.
Many thanks to our authors who brightened our day with their presence and brilliant minds: Stephen Kohler, MBA, CPCC, Tim Calkins, Frank T. Ziede, Stephen Shedletzky, Amy Kemp, and Brianna Sylver! In an era of virtualization and technology-induced disconnect, we are truly grateful for these in-person opportunities.
