Mike Lipkin is one of North America’s preeminent coaches, motivators, and public speakers. In just the last year, Mike spoke to over 100,000 people in 11 countries and delivered 120 programs internationally. He has led workshops and given speeches to hundreds of companies around the world, from GE to RBC.

Mike has previously published five bestselling books on playing your best in your personal and professional lives, from perfecting the art of persuasion to being at your best when things are at their worst. Mike’s new book, Dancing with Disruption, reveals the seven secrets for thriving on massive change so the best people want to partner with you. Disruption is inevitable no matter what business you’re in. Mike’s book shows how to thrive on it by adapting and pivoting in a way that inspires and delights others.

Originally from South Africa, Mike formerly worked at Colgate Palmolive, Grey Advertising and Ogilvy and Mather, before immigrating to Toronto in 2001. In 2002, he launched Environics/Lipkin, a research and motivation company, with the Environics Research Group, one of Canada’s largest polling companies.
