We’re delighted to announce that we’re working with Denise Withers on her book, Story Design: An Innovation Playbook for Everyday Heroes. It teaches Denise’s unique, story-based method to research, design, test, and refine new ideas. Her company, nlab, has used this approach with the RCMP, Fraser Health Authority, all levels of government, Genome Canada, the Liu Institute for Global Issues, and eCampusOntario, among others.
Before launching her lab, Denise worked as a documentary filmmaker for the Discovery Channel, CBC, and the National Film Board. Her print work has been featured in the National Post, and Stanford Social Innovation Review. She co-founded the d.studio at UBC’s Sauder School of Business, and teaches at the Thnk School of Creative Leadership.
The book will be published this fall.
